Hi, yesterday I was playing basketball while fasting and experienced full stomach pain afterward. I opened my fast about an hour and a half later and later that night, I had stomach pain again. This morning, I still have dull pain around my belly button and I'm fasting again today. I've been constipated for about two weeks on and off. What should I do?

How common is esophageal or throat cancer in people with LPR/GERD, and what are the significant symptoms that could indicate a higher risk of cancer? I have moderate LPR with minimal to no heartburn, perfect blood work, very low CRP, and have controlled LPR with diet, weight loss, and medications like Gaviscon UK and CBD oil.
