I met with my Urologist this morning. It seems that nodules were on my scan in February and they were not seen. They have grown slightly to 4mm and are considered active. The Urologist mentioned that the cause might be infectious or inflammatory, with hypersensitivity pneumonitis being a leading possibility. He wants me to follow up with a pulmonary specialist. Can you provide more information on this condition and what I should expect in my follow-up?

I have a torn ACL and a slight tear in the meniscus. I want to finish playing football this year as a wide receiver. The doctor said I can play if he fixes my meniscus and stitches it up to make sure it's tight. If it's not tight, I can't play. Can I still play without surgery if I wear an ACL brace and don't worry about the meniscus?
