I need help interpreting an MRI report from 1993 that mentions 'advanced grade II changes within the posterior horn of the medial meniscus but no evident tear.' The images were somewhat limited by patient motion. What does this mean, and could it indicate a tear that wasn't clearly seen due to movement?

I have a small umbilical hernia that doesn't hurt but feels weird. I'm wondering if I can still lift weights, jog, and do intense cardio with it. I've had a hernia before in the same area, and I'm about to get into the police academy, so I can't afford surgery until I graduate. What activities can I safely engage in without worsening the hernia or increasing the risk of complications?

I have been experiencing neck pain for about 10 days, which has spread to my right shoulder. The pain is constant and achey, with intensity varying when I take Tylenol. I am currently taking Amlodipine for high blood pressure and was prescribed Naproxen 500mg twice a day, Cyclobenzaprine Hydrochloride 10mg once a day at bedtime, and Tylenol Extra Strength 2 tablets if the pain is more. The pain seems to have worsened since starting Naproxen and has moved to my shoulder. What could be causing this and what can I do for relief?

What is this spot hanging in my throat? I just noticed it today. I am 32 years old and currently taking prenatal medication. The spot is like a little tiny flesh piece that hangs from the left upper part of my throat. I do get tonsil stones often. I have attached pictures for reference.
