I noticed a pain on my left side, about 5 inches below my breast and a few inches above my navel, when I bend forward and contract my abdomen. The pain also occurs when I cough and tighten my abdomen muscles. The pain is located in the middle soft area of my abdomen but all the way to the left side. It happens when I tighten the muscles there. What could be causing this pain?

My mom has a rash that started around her mastectomy scar. The rash has improved over 5 weeks, but there's still some irritation. She was prescribed tacrolimus cream, which caused itching. Is the remaining irritation concerning for anything serious, such as inflammatory breast cancer or malignancy near the scar? Should she get any imaging done?
