I keep having random lower abdominal pain and with my health anxiety I thought it was colon cancer. Can you help me understand what might be causing this pain and what steps I should take?

My mom has a rash that started around her mastectomy scar. The rash has improved over 5 weeks, but there's still some irritation. She was prescribed tacrolimus cream, which caused itching. Is the remaining irritation concerning for anything serious, such as inflammatory breast cancer or malignancy near the scar? Should she get any imaging done?
