My mother has been experiencing coughing fits to the point of vomiting and does not yet have insurance. She lives with me, and we both used to smoke, but I stopped 7 months ago. My older brother, who also used to smoke, visits almost weekly and has stopped smoking before I did. She spends a day or so every week with her boyfriend who smokes and also tends to cough. Why is she coughing, and why haven't my brother and I experienced it? What should she do while waiting for insurance?

Hi, I need help with my child’s diaper yeast infection. It has gotten worse over about a month. The baby is 2 months old. We have tried nystatin cream, Desitin, triple paste, and Aquaphor for diaper rash, but none have helped. I have a photo of her rash if needed.

Hello. Do you have someone that can help me with my rheumatology blood work? My rheumatologist would not read my blood work because it wasn't ordered by him. I've had chronic pain and such for years, I'm 42 years old, and I'm currently using many medications. The blood work concern I have is that I tested positive for ANA and nuclear speckled titer as well as cytoplasmic titer. Negative Rheumatoid factor. What does this indicate and what should I do next?
