I am on day 22 of a Guttate psoriasis outbreak and it is still getting worse, with more spots covering 90% of my body. I am on day 19 of a 42-day course of 100mg minocycline daily, have been on a clean eating diet for 14 days, and have attended red light therapy 4 times in the last 8 days. Should I be seeing my dermatologist right away or continue taking the minocycline for the full 6 weeks? Do you think the minocycline could be the reason I am getting worse? What would be your choice for another recovery tactic?
