I have a bladder issue and need to talk to a doctor as soon as possible. The concern started last night. I am 52 years old and currently using Synthroid. I have pain and burning sensation with urination but no fever, chills, lower stomach or flank pain, or blood in urine. I am not allergic to any medication and have no other significant medical conditions.

I'm experiencing sharp pain in the middle of my chest and now also in the upper middle of my back. I take medications for depression, vitamin D, ADHD, and swelling around my optic nerves. I am 23 years old and have been experiencing chest pain since 9am this morning (CST) and upper back pain incrementally since then. The pain hasn't really changed, except talking a lot or movements make me feel like I'm out of breath or going to vomit. I haven't asked my primary care physician yet.
