I had a D&C for a missed miscarriage a month ago and was wondering if the pregnancy hormone remains in the system even a few weeks after the surgery? I’ve taken 2 at-home pregnancy tests 2 days apart and both came back positive. How long until I’m able to try to conceive again?

I had an epidural yesterday for back pain and also have diabetes. My blood sugar has spiked to 397. Should I go to the ER? I have constant achy back pain, increased fatigue, and feel warm. I take Trulicity shots once a week for diabetes, insulin daily at night, gabapentin, and vitamin B12.
