I stepped awkwardly into an unseen hole and semi-rolled my ankle, feeling pain on the top middle outside of my foot. The pain is a constant 3 out of 10 and is dull unless I step wrong, then it becomes sharp. There is no external injury, but there is swelling just below the ankle on the outside of the foot.
