I was prescribed Tylenol and levetiracetam for only two days. Should I be concerned about taking Tylenol, and why was I given levetiracetam if it's typically for seizures?

I'm 30 years old and have recently experienced dull intermittent pain in the upper left quadrant of my abdomen, especially on the far left side. The pain seems to go away after a few days but returns when I drink alcohol or eat fatty foods. Eating right and exercising help alleviate the pain. I also have a minor irregular heartbeat. I have been dealing with symptoms that suggest Crohn's disease for several years, but my MRIs and scopes have shown negative results. I am not taking any Crohn's medications and am on cholesterol meds and Lyrica for leg pain. I also have spinal stenosis treated with steroids and an aortic aneurysm. I experience periods of extreme diarrhea, incontinence, severe abdominal pain and cramps, bloating, severe nausea, and weight loss of over 50 pounds. What additional tests or treatments could help diagnose and manage my condition?
