I recently had sex with two different partners and am experiencing vaginal/vulva pain that started about 5 days ago and is constant, getting worse. The pain is sharp when touched and feels like a dry tampon is stuck inside. I am taking medications like metformin, Lamictal, fluoxetine, trazodone, Adderall, and risperidone. I have PCOS and have had cysts removed from my ovaries, and I could be perimenopausal. I have some clear vaginal discharge, a slight burning sensation when I pee, and it is very sore, though I can't see if it's red or swollen due to being overweight. There is no fishy odor, and I am 42 years old. It seems to be getting worse, and there may be a small cyst forming on my vulva.

My protein levels in my blood are low - just within the range, and prealbumin is very low. I have been eating a high protein diet of 125g a day, but it doesn't seem to improve my levels. I have RA and fibromyalgia, well controlled, and recently had gastric bypass six months ago, losing 80 lbs. My protein levels were low before bypass too. What else can I do to raise my protein levels or what other reasons could be causing my inability to absorb protein?

I have a persistent red ring around my lips that tingles, itches, and feels like sandpaper. I've tried using Vaseline and hydrocortisone, but the condition persists. What could be causing this and what should I use to alleviate the symptoms?
