I had these tests because I've been experiencing vague body aches, quick blackouts and dizziness that resolve quickly, and constant tiredness. What could this indicate?

Ever since I had an upper endoscopy almost 4 weeks ago, I have been experiencing severe chest pressure/discomfort, difficulty swallowing, and difficulty breathing, which have led to significant weight loss and hospitalizations for IV fluids. Despite normal results from CT scans, X-rays, swallowing tests, ENT scope, and blood work, doctors are suggesting anxiety as the cause. However, I believe this discomfort began after the endoscopy and is not related to anxiety. What could be causing these symptoms and how can I get my life back to normal?
