If I had an EKG yesterday and my cardiologist said it was good, should I have to worry about anything today or in the near future for my heart?

My 4-year-old daughter is experiencing burning sensations while peeing. The burning started last night and occurs only when she pees. She has no known allergies, no fever, chills, lower stomach pain, nausea, or medication allergies. She is scared to pee due to the pain.

I'm currently on lamotrigine and sertraline for ADHD, mood swings, and anxiety, but they're not helping and my marriage is suffering. I also take Ambien for sleep and have issues with overeating and completing tasks. I want to know what medication might help and how to improve my relationship with my wife.
