I have had the flu since Wednesday and am not getting any better; I think I may have a chest infection. I'm 62 years old, diabetic, and started taking Demmazin flu tablets yesterday, but they're not helping. I also have a sore throat and cough. What should I do?

I went to the emergency room yesterday for symptoms that seemed like a hypoglycemic attack, but the ER couldn't diagnose the issue. Today, I feel unwell with a mild cough, chest pain, and overslept, missing work. I have a history of low blood sugar and have had similar symptoms before. What could be causing these symptoms and should I be concerned about something serious?

I'm currently on lamotrigine and sertraline for ADHD, mood swings, and anxiety, but they're not helping and my marriage is suffering. I also take Ambien for sleep and have issues with overeating and completing tasks. I want to know what medication might help and how to improve my relationship with my wife.

My husband is 79 years old and has survived prostate cancer 9 years ago (had seed implant). He does have regular visits with his urologist. A few days ago he noticed his right testicle is swollen and sensitive. He has had difficulty urinating and had to have 2 minor procedures to unblock the area so he could urinate. He is taking Tylenol for the pain but he is also diabetic and takes metformin, allopurinol, fenofirbrate, and lisinopril for his diabetes. What could be causing the swelling and sensitivity in his testicle, and what should we do about it?
