My husband is 79 years old and has survived prostate cancer 9 years ago (had seed implant). He does have regular visits with his urologist. A few days ago he noticed his right testicle is swollen and sensitive. He has had difficulty urinating and had to have 2 minor procedures to unblock the area so he could urinate. He is taking Tylenol for the pain but he is also diabetic and takes metformin, allopurinol, fenofirbrate, and lisinopril for his diabetes. What could be causing the swelling and sensitivity in his testicle, and what should we do about it?

I have been experiencing pain and itchiness in my intimate parts for the past two weeks. The pain is sharp, and I have noticed a discharge that is between dark yellow and brown, sometimes grey. I also experience a burning sensation with urination. I have not used any medications and have no other significant medical history. Can you help identify the issue and suggest any treatments?

I am a 24-year-old female, 5'5" and 145 lbs. I took one tablet of Naproxen for lower left side abdomen pain (not pregnant and not on period) and now my calves are sore. Additionally, the throbbing sharp pain that was in my abdomen has now moved to my right chest on and off. Is the calf pain related to the Naproxen, and is it okay to take Tums with Naproxen?
