I recently visited a CSW (female) from Thailand. We had a body-to-body massage where our genitals may have briefly rubbed against each other, followed by protected vaginal sex with a condom. No penetration occurred during the massage, and the condom did not slip or break. I am concerned about the risk of HIV exposure from this encounter. How much risk do you think I had, and should I continue with PEP?

I have intense pain on my left calf that started on June 25th and is constant. The pain is stabbing, and my foot goes numb after walking. I am 27 years old and taking Tylenol and Ibuprofen, but they do not help. There is no swelling, redness, or fever, and the pain does not travel from my lower back. I have no allergies or other medical conditions. What could be causing this pain, and what should I do?
