I feel uncomfortable and can't stop moving my leg. I also feel like I stop breathing for a few seconds and then go back to breathing normally. I don't feel nauseous or have chest pain, and my pulse and oxygen saturation are normal, but I feel like I'm short of breath and then it normalizes.

Hi, I have two parents in a rest home that I have not been able to visit now that we are in Level 2 as I keep getting a very mild sore throat on and off over the past week. I was unable to attend work for the same reason and was asked to get Covid tested which I did. The results were negative. Over the past week I have had only 3 occasions of having this very mild throat issue, this morning, Thurs night and last Sunday night. How long do I keep having to stay home in my bubble when it comes and goes like this? I work in Early Childhood so attending work is also out. Thanks for any guidance you can give me.
