I have a persistent issue on my penis that multiple doctors have diagnosed as dermatitis, but I'm still worried. I've been using hydrocortisone cream, but it seems to dry the area out more. There's a small white spot that I'm particularly concerned about, and it appears to be getting slightly bigger. The area is now smoother but still rough to the touch. What could this white spot be, and is there anything else I should do or consider?

I have burning in my penis that comes and goes. It started about one to two weeks ago and is located inside the middle of the penis, not the tip. I also have stomach pain and diarrhea. I had a protected sexual experience about a week ago and am worried about having AIDS due to similar symptoms. What could be causing this burning sensation and should I be concerned about AIDS?

I started taking 12.5mg of Atenolol on Monday afternoon due to heart palpitations, which were likely caused by anxiety. I'm experiencing side effects that are increasing my anxiety and would like to stop the medication. Is it safe to discontinue Atenolol after only a few days of use, especially since I have severe health anxiety and take alprazolam as needed?
