I seem to be allergic to mosquito bites at this time. A bite will swell up and develop a blood blister. I have tried baking soda, ice, and cortisone, but I am not getting much relief. I got bit today on my big right toe, and my toes and part of my foot are twice the size. Any suggestions?

I never sleep, I'm up 24/7 every single day of my life, which drives me crazy. I never get tired, but when they do tests, they say everything looks fine, but I know something is wrong. I'm angry, irritable, weak, losing my mind, and I tried sleeping pills and even psychiatric pills but nothing makes me fall asleep. I have seen a doctor about this, and I had a liver transplant when I was 15 and am diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder and bipolar disorder. What could be the issue and what tests should I undergo?

I conducted a basic neuro exam on my daughter-in-law and recorded various reflexes and muscle strengths. I was unable to check some reflexes reliably due to lack of equipment. I also couldn't visualize the interior of her eyes and ears. I need to know if this is a sufficient exam to rule out any neurological issues, particularly Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Additionally, I need advice on a suitable moisturizer for dry skin that doesn't sting.
