I had a hysterectomy and then developed obstructive uropathy and hydronephrosis of the left kidney. I had a stent put in and was recently discharged from the hospital. I noticed my HGBg/DL is 9.1 and my iron McGee/DL level is <19. I have hypertension and am on lisinopril/hctz. What should I know about my blood levels and how can I manage them?

I have strep pharyngitis and was given a shot of penicillin two days ago. I've been experiencing symptoms such as spitting thick, clear, and foamy phlegm, and a temperature around 99.7 Fahrenheit. I also have small blisters and am wondering if salt water rinses would help, if it's okay to take ibuprofen with a steroid shot, and how often I should do the rinses.

I have a small pea-sized squishy lump near the anus passage. No blood in stool, no pain or discomfort. Occasional itching first noticed 2 weeks ago and think it’s shrunk since but can still feel it / push it back in. How long should I expect before it goes away? I have read in some aspects it doesn't go away? If it's just a case of managing it that's fine as it causes no issues or discomfort particularly.
