I spit up gel-like mucus and have trouble at night with whistling coming out of my throat, especially if I sleep on my right side, which keeps me awake. I haven't used any medication for this, and my endoscopy was normal. The whistling occurs when I breathe out, not in. What causes this whistling, and what can I do to alleviate it?

My wife, 77, has had a pain on the back side of her pelvis, right side only, about 5-6 inches down from the crest of her hip. It hurts when she walks and puts pressure on her leg, and also down the back of her leg to her knee. We think it is sciatica. She has had this for a couple of months with no recent accidents. Are there some exercises she should try before heading to the doctor? What kind of doctor should she see, a chiropractor (DC) or an orthopedist? Any other thoughts?

I'm a 21-year-old sexually active female using condoms for 8-9 months. I noticed bumps on my breasts around the areolas, my period is a day late, and I had unusual pelvic cramping and nausea. My last Pap smear was a year ago, and everything was normal. Should I be concerned, and what could be causing these symptoms?
