I started Lansoprazole and Sucralfate 2.5 weeks ago for upper abdomen pain suspected gastritis or gastric ulcer. Initially, I did fine on it, but then I started experiencing worsening headache, nausea, diarrhea, chest pain/tightness, sweating, and prickly sensations on my left side. Should I stop the Lansoprazole? I didn’t take it yesterday, and those symptoms went away, but the abdominal pain returned.

I had an MRI of my ankle. The MRI found an osteochondral lesion along the medial talar dome and indicated 'significant breathing marrow edema.' I also have a lytic lesion on the tibia that was not fully imaged. I suffer from psoriatic arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis. What does 'breathing marrow edema' mean on an MRI, and what could the lytic lesion indicate?

Two years ago, I had an incidental finding of a missing A1 segment of the ACA. Last night during sex, I experienced a sudden and extremely severe headache on the top frontal area of my head when I climaxed, and today I have a mild to moderate headache, especially when moving around. I will see my doctor next week, but should I be seeking medical advice sooner?

I have soreness high up in my mouth with slight discharge. I cut the roof of my mouth on a piece of toast last week and it's been sore ever since. I also have a dry nose pretty much all the time in the winter and use a humidifier. I experience occasional dizziness but no fever or tooth pain. What can I do to alleviate the soreness and promote healing?

I jammed my finger, it is swollen but I am able to bend it. I had it in a splint last week and that made it stiff and hard to bend. Is it better to splint and rest or bend and fight through the pain?
