I have a strange problem where I get extremely nervous around people I know, especially if I haven't seen them in a while, and I am terrified of large crowds or public speaking. My symptoms include slurred speech, excessive sweating on my forehead, and facial twitching. I don't feel nervous, but my body reacts as if it is. This is affecting my life significantly, especially in my construction business where I need to meet with clients. I often drink a beer to numb my face and present myself better, but I hate relying on this. Is there something I can do to help me?

I have a really bad cold sore that won't go away. I've tried using Neosporin, Abreva, and Bactrium, but none of them worked. I went to the emergency room and they gave me Bactrium, which caused a seizure due to my low calcium levels.
