The test results include glucose, ketones, specific gravity, UA HGB, pH, protein, nitrite, leukocyte esterase, urobilinogen, bilirubin, microscopic exam, WBCs, RBCs, bacteria, squamous epithelial cells, mucus, hyaline casts, and I also feel bloated.

I used a public toilet where my urine splashed back onto my anal area, potentially contacting surfaces that may have been contaminated with vaginal secretions, menstrual blood, or other bodily fluids from previous users. I have a small cut on my anus and am concerned about the risk of STD or HIV infection. Additionally, I wiped a toilet seat with a paper towel that had dry menstrual blood on it, and I'm worried about the risk of infection if the blood transferred to my hand, especially if I had cuts on my fingers or if I touched my anal area without washing my hands first. Can you assess the risk of infection in these scenarios?

I have been trying to get pregnant since April 2019. I was on Nur-isterate until February 2019 and have been taking Fertipil Plus for the last 3 months. My period is regular with a 28-day cycle, and I track my fertile days using an app and monitor my body temperature. I have one child who is 5 years old. What else can I do to increase my chances of getting pregnant quickly?
