I have an itchy anus with light brown mucus discharge. I haven't seen a doctor about this yet. Could this be due to hemorrhoids or diet-related irritation? How can I manage the itching in the meantime?

The test results include glucose, ketones, specific gravity, UA HGB, pH, protein, nitrite, leukocyte esterase, urobilinogen, bilirubin, microscopic exam, WBCs, RBCs, bacteria, squamous epithelial cells, mucus, hyaline casts, and I also feel bloated.

I used a public toilet where my urine splashed back onto my anal area, potentially contacting surfaces that may have been contaminated with vaginal secretions, menstrual blood, or other bodily fluids from previous users. I have a small cut on my anus and am concerned about the risk of STD or HIV infection. Additionally, I wiped a toilet seat with a paper towel that had dry menstrual blood on it, and I'm worried about the risk of infection if the blood transferred to my hand, especially if I had cuts on my fingers or if I touched my anal area without washing my hands first. Can you assess the risk of infection in these scenarios?

My period is regular with a 28-day cycle, and I track my fertile days using an app and monitor my body temperature. I have one child who is 5 years old. I have been experiencing tachycardia for about an hour with a heart rate of 135 to 139. I took nitro 0.4mg twice, 15 minutes apart. I am currently on 25 mg of atenolol and 10 mg of isosorbide in the morning. I had a stress test and an echo two weeks ago, which were fine. I have a history of angina and have had episodes of tachycardia in the past, diagnosed as ventricular tachycardia. I am feeling lightheaded, weak, short of breath, dizzy, and shaky. What could be causing this tachycardia and what should I do?
