I take Amlodipine 2.5 mg and Triamterene 37.5 mg/HCTZ 25 mg capsules. The water pill is a new addition. My doctor also instructed me to start eating low carb as my sugar levels have been rising and I am considered pre-diabetic. I have not made a bowel movement in 2-3 days. Is this because of the low carb or more likely the new water pill? I am eating lots of veggies, just removed bread and sugar, and sweets. Should I use Miralax?

I have been experiencing chest pain for around 5 months, particularly when I move my head downward in a circular motion. The pain is on the right side of my chest and is a sharp dull ache. I have been prescribed ibuprofen, but it doesn't help. I do stretches and exercise regularly, and the pain is not aggravated by hand or chest movements during exercise. I have no history of fever involving joint pains, but stress and anxiety do make the symptoms worse. I am 15 years old, male, not diabetic, and have no family history of coronary artery disease or congenital heart disease. I have not had any lab examinations for this pain, but I am considering getting an MRI. Today, I also felt a slight burning sensation on the right side of my chest, which went away.

I was born with a Bifascicular block and have an AHSD coronary artery calcium score in the 66th percentile. Recent EKG and echo cardiogram results were normal. However, I recently felt lightheaded and slightly dizzy after physical exertion twice. Paramedics checked my EKG, blood oxygen, and pressure, which were all normal. A halter monitor test three months ago also showed normal results. Should I stop exercising and see my cardiologist this Monday? I am a 78-year-old male with normal blood test results.
