I tend to eat low carb throughout the day and notice that when I occasionally eat more carbs for dinner, my fasting glucose the next day is slightly higher. Is this normal, and should I be concerned about occasional readings over 100?

I tested positive for syphilis in April 2019 with an RPR Titer ratio of 1:8. I received treatment with 3 penicillin shots and retested with the following RPR Titer Ratios: 04/19/19 - 1:8, 06/10/19 - 1:40, 07/30/19 - 1:40, 09/11/19 - 1:40, 01/26/21 - 1:2. Am I cured even though the results come back as reactive? Will they ever come back as non-reactive or negative? Will I experience long-lasting permanent damage? Can the syphilis continue to affect me even though it’s been treated? Should I be concerned? What is the difference between a 1:8 titer and a 1:32 titer? What is the highest titer you can get? And the higher the more dangerous?

I've been experiencing several unusual symptoms over the past few months, including urinary incontinence, internal tremors, mental fog, speech problems, loss of feeling in fingers, weakness in hands, and numbness in toes. I've reduced my medication (Aldactone and Loniten) and stopped short-term use of Prednisolone, but the symptoms haven't stopped. How should I approach this?

Is chinen salt a legitimate replacement for metformin, and can it help cleanse the liver to reduce insulin resistance, or is this just another hyped-up product approach to a serious problem?

I'm having an ongoing throat issue for 22 days, seen an ENT twice, and tried three different medicines. I was prescribed steroids first, which worked initially but the issue returned. Then clindamycin, which had no effect. Currently on nystatin, which makes symptoms feel better but the throat remains visibly swollen. I am on Cosentyx and am immunocompromised. What additional steps can I take to manage this condition?

I am experiencing morning stomach upset and lower back pain, which feels like it's in my spine. I had a bad episode of diarrhea a week ago after working out, and now I wake up with an upset stomach and back pain. My ex-husband, a gastroenterologist, suggested I might have IBS triggered by eating oatmeal. I am flying on Wednesday and want to know if I should be concerned about my symptoms.
