I tested positive for Covid-19 and have been experiencing a painful sore throat, congestion, and post-nasal drip. I'm taking Acetaminophen every 6 hours, but the pain becomes severe before the next dose. What over-the-counter medications can help with the sore throat and congestion, and how do I know if the pain becomes an emergency situation?
