I tested positive for Covid-19 twice yesterday. I am experiencing symptoms such as a cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste and smell, a stuffed-up nose, body aches, and lightheadedness. I am located in Salisbury, Maryland, where Covid-19 is very frequent. I am 22 years old and not currently on any medications. Do you do online medical clearances to return to work? I have no symptoms or medication anymore, but my boss asked for a medical clearance to confirm I’m fit for work. I’ve been to local doctors several times during my time off and feel 100%, but my boss wants a doctor’s clearance certificate before I can start work again.

I started Metformin today and have experienced insomnia, anxiety, jitteriness, mild nausea, headache, reflux, and sticky stools. I am concerned about acidosis and whether these are common side effects. Should I stop taking Metformin, and how long does it take to develop acidosis? Is it safe to take Valium and bicarbonate soda with water for these symptoms?
