I’ve been having sinus issues for two weeks and am currently on doxycycline for a sinus infection. The symptoms seemed to improve but have worsened again, with increased sinus pressure. I’m taking Allegra 180 mg and budesonide with a nasal rinse. What additional steps can I take to relieve the congestion and pain?
