My throat is itchy and the back of my tongue has a burning sensation. It feels like something is stuck in my throat when I swallow, but it's not painful, just itchy and annoying. I don’t have a fever or other symptoms, and it's been about a week since it started. My throat looks a little yellow and red, and it feels swollen. I have GERD and take Protonix. What could be causing this and what can I do to alleviate the symptoms?

I have severe pain in my wrist that started this evening. The pain is constant and throbbing, located on my left wrist towards the outer side below my pinkie. It worsens when I move my arm. I have not taken any medications and am 25 years old. I was not injured and was doing regular activities, including using a rolling pin and doing henna on my other hand. What could have caused this and how should I treat it?
