I have been using Hydroquinone for 2 weeks now, and I feel the spots have gotten darker. Do I discontinue it or is this a normal reaction?

I have severe pain in my wrist that started this evening. The pain is constant and throbbing, located on my left wrist towards the outer side below my pinkie. It worsens when I move my arm. I have not taken any medications and am 25 years old. I was not injured and was doing regular activities, including using a rolling pin and doing henna on my other hand. I have been testing for HIV after an exposure in South Africa where a condom broke. I took PEP and have since taken multiple HIV tests, including HIV 1 and 2 RNA tests and 4th generation tests, all of which have been negative. I have also tested for other STDs and they are all negative. I have symptoms like joint pain, neuropathic pain in hands, and headaches. Are my tests conclusive for HIV, and what do you advise regarding further testing and managing my symptoms?
