I think I have COPD. I cough every morning and spit up mucous, experience chest tightness and shortness of breath when walking up stairs or bending over, and feel fatigued. I am 63 years old, have not smoked since 1980, and am not currently using any medications. How long have you been feeling like this? Do you have a smoking history?

I am experiencing severe head pain and pressure that radiates to my fingertips, described as electric-like impulses, along with dizziness and lightheadedness. I have multiple specialists, including hand surgeons, spine surgeons, and psychiatrists, but they do not communicate effectively. I have been diagnosed with conditions such as degenerative disk disease, fibromyalgia, and seizures. I have tried various treatments, including Lyrica, gabapentin, and steroid injections, but with little relief. I am currently on Medicaid and facing challenges accessing care at the Mayo Clinic. What additional steps can I take to manage my symptoms and improve my quality of life?

I have a rash on my forehead and boil-like hives on my face, neck, and above my cheekbones. I had an exposure in March and am concerned if these symptoms could be related to HIV. I have taken fourth-generation lab tests at 9 weeks and 12 weeks post-exposure. What could these symptoms be, and are they indicative of HIV?

For a fever that is high for a 60-year-old woman, is it okay to take Tylenol and Advil alternating times, every 2 to 3 hours? The patient has a cough, chills, and breathing that is not great but no pre-existing respiratory conditions. She has a history of breast cancer and fibromyalgia, but no current stomach issues, heart issues, or high blood pressure.

Can you get fentanyl in your system from handling the packaging that it comes in, specifically the film it was stuck to with no gloves on, if you are a caregiver changing a fentanyl patch on a patient and drug test regularly?
