Why do my nipples itch? I am a 54-year-old man. I have a little crustiness if I itch them too much, no other symptoms. I was recently told by a dermatologist that I have a fungus on my back from the gym. I also have a slight rash under one arm for quite a while. The itching is not terrible, just bothersome.

Is every U.S. citizen equal under U.S. law, and do you believe you are equal to doctors of medicine under U.S. law? Why would someone have to keep going back to a doctor for the same prescription month after month, year after year, by law? Is the Controlled Substances Act/Law unconstitutional?

I went to the ER, received two shots (one steroid and one Cortizone), and took Benadryl, but the itching and rash have not improved. I am a teacher and need to get back to work. What should I do?

After six months of pain, a second consultant diagnosed arthritis, performed a scraping and bone graft, and recommended an ankle fusion.
