I took a drug test today for a job at Centra Care. I last smoked and used Delta 8/CBD gummies on November 18. I'm worried because a nurse friend gave me a test that showed one red line and one very faint line a week ago. I drank a detox drink this morning but hardly peed. I have to wait until Thursday or Friday to know if I passed or not. What should I expect from the test results?

Would colon infection make pain in the left side of the stomach including the abdomen (left side only)? Can I get you to sign a release back to work? I have been concerned about this for about 6 months now. I am 43 years old, not using any medications other than aspirin, and was diagnosed with a rare disease called Susac's last April 2021.
