I took an over-the-counter Covid test and came up positive. I had a scratchy throat and the sniffles most of the day and found out that I had been exposed to someone. I’m really not feeling bad. How long should I stay quarantined? How long could I possibly infect someone else?

I am experiencing chronic intestinal issues, weight loss, chronic diarrhea, chronic anemia, low white blood cells, hypothyroidism (Hashimoto's), myopathy affecting my eyes and ability to walk, muscle spasms, ocular manifestations, loss of vision in one eye, and unusual muscle sensations.
