I took Mucinex and am experiencing anxiety and panic side effects. How can I reduce these side effects and get the medicine out of my system faster? Additionally, what can I do to calm a panic or anxiety attack while trying to fall asleep? Are there any side effects from Mucinex that I should be concerned about, and can random sharp pains in the left side of my chest be related to anxiety?

I've been feeling very sick lately with symptoms including dizziness, lightheadedness, fatigue, palpitations, muscle weakness, and intolerance to standing up. My heart rate can go up to 130 when standing. I've had various medical tests, including metabolic panels, ANA, PTT, cortisol, and a brain MRI, all of which came back normal. What could be causing these symptoms, and which additional tests should I consider?

My fiancé took himself off of subutex about 100 days ago and now experiences brain fog and his urine is killing grass and weeds around his porch. Could I be having an early miscarriage? I started having minor bleeding on November 22, similar to a second period, with no pain or cramps, just minor cramping that lasted a couple of hours. I had unprotected sex a few days after my last period, which started on November 12-15, and I'm concerned because I had a miscarriage last year with similar symptoms. I'm 37 years old, don't smoke, drink, or use drugs, and have a sedentary lifestyle with a computer job. My menstrual cycle length ranges between 26-28 days, and my period lasts 3-4 days. I've been arguing with my husband recently, which might have caused stress. Could this be an early miscarriage, or is it possibly abnormal bleeding due to hormonal changes or stress?
