My fiancé took himself off of subutex about 100 days ago and now experiences brain fog and his urine is killing grass and weeds around his porch. He is 42 years old, was on subutex for 10 years, and drinks a few beers once a month. Is this something I should worry about, and could they be correlated?

Could I be having an early miscarriage? I started having minor bleeding on November 22, similar to a second period, with no pain or cramps, just minor cramping that lasted a couple of hours. I had unprotected sex a few days after my last period, which started on November 12-15, and I'm concerned because I had a miscarriage last year with similar symptoms. I'm 37 years old, don't smoke, drink, or use drugs, and have a sedentary lifestyle with a computer job. My menstrual cycle length ranges between 26-28 days, and my period lasts 3-4 days. I've been arguing with my husband recently, which might have caused stress. Could this be an early miscarriage, or is it possibly abnormal bleeding due to hormonal changes or stress?

My left lower leg experienced several sudden sharp pains within 20 minutes, causing intense pain similar to a bullet wound. The pain started a few hours ago and comes and goes. I am not managing the pain with any medications, but I am taking Vitamin D and am 48 years old. I had hemorrhoid surgery three weeks ago. What could be causing this pain, and what should I do?

After having a tubal ligation, I experienced a very heavy period for about 5 months. I started birth control pills (BC pills) and they initially stopped the heavy bleeding after 4 pills. Now, I'm on my second round of BC pills and my period is heavy again, similar to before. I'm wondering if the pills stopped working for me. Should I continue with the BC pills, and is there anything else I should be taking to help with the symptoms?

I have been experiencing chronic pain, fatigue, and weakness for the past 2 months, especially in my rib area and stomach. I am 25 years old, have had ongoing pain since I was 12, and recently had a brief issue with low blood sugar. I have not taken any medications and have not seen a doctor specifically for this pain.
