I use plenty of fiber in my diet, yet I cannot get the stool or urine out unless I physically pull out my stool. This is a constant problem. I have had a colonoscopy, and the doc said he found nothing wrong. I have Behcet's syndrome, severe back pain at the base of my spine, osteoarthritis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and recently had a vein taken out by laser in my left leg, which is still swollen. I am severely bloated. I don't believe I have a vaginal prolapse, had it in the past and had it repaired. I do as much activity as my situation allows, which ends up being quite a bit because my daughter is in late stage multiple sclerosis. I have not seen a gynecologist in the past 3 years. I am overweight.

For the past few months, I have had a tickling feeling in my left ear, and recently, I experienced pain in my right eyelid followed by a sensation of something moving, which then went away. This morning, my right eyelid is puffy. Is there something moving around and living in there, and what should I do since I'm unemployed and don't have insurance?

I just received an epidural steroid injection for sciatica, and the MRI showed an abnormality near the fourth vertebrae that requires a biopsy. Does this abnormality necessarily mean a tumor, cyst, or something else? What are the different possibilities, and how serious can this be?

My iron, transferrin, saturation are in the normal range, but my ferritin is high at 362 ug/L. I also have cholesterol bumps on my neck and stomach. Do I need further check-ups, and are these issues related?

I have pouchitis and Cipro and Tinidazole haven't helped. How can I reduce my bowel movements (BM) from 10-12 to a manageable 6-8?

I have a sharp stabbing pain on the left side of my head near the top. It started 6 days ago and occurs every 15 seconds. Advil (400 mg every 3 hours) makes it bearable but I am concerned about damaging my stomach. My doctor diagnosed it as a pinched nerve on my scalp and suggested applying heat or a cortisone shot if it lasts much longer. It is so painful that it has brought me to tears several times. Is it possible for the nerve to heal on its own and what pain reliever would be easier on the stomach?
