I've been experiencing redness, dryness, and soreness around my nose, along with small red bumps, for the past couple of weeks. The issue is mainly centered around my nostrils and the surrounding skin, extending to where my cheeks crease when I smile. I'm using a moisturizer daily and have tried pawpaw ointment, which helps with dryness but not with the redness and bumps. What could this be, and how can I fix it?

Is it necessary to continue with the IV antifungal medication, amphotericin B, for my father who has cryptococcal infection, considering there are oral medications available that treat the infection successfully, unless infected with HIV/AIDS (which he is not)? Additionally, is the use of Benadryl necessary without first analyzing whether the antifungal medication will cause any adverse reactions that are more harmful than the Benadryl itself?

I am 65 years old and take several vitamins and medications, including calcium, magnesium, zinc, metoprolol for blood pressure, simvastatin, and tizanidine for severe cramps in my thighs. What can I do to lower my creatinine level?

I am trying to get an appointment with a urogyno but the wait is over two months. Do I need all three areas of concern documented in my chart to get in quicker?
