I've been experiencing a crawling sensation in my nose since August 2019, along with nasal drainage that upsets my stomach and bowel movements. I've seen multiple doctors, including ENTs and gastroenterologists, who have found no polyps or issues in my stomach. I've tried various medications like Zyrtec, Azelastine, Zicam, NeilMed, and Vicks VapoRub, but nothing has helped. I've also had fungal infections in the past, and my current doctors won't consider Ketoconazole. I'm HIV+, diabetic, and have high cholesterol. What can I do to get relief?

I noticed a small bump/lump on the right side of the lower part of my head under the skin. It’s relatively small and only slightly hurts if I push on it. It feels more tube-like than round. No other symptoms. What could this be and should I be concerned?

I am a 28-year-old female experiencing nausea, abdominal pain, belching, bloating, alternating diarrhea and constipation, pain and burning while urinating, and increased frequency or urgency to urinate, especially around my menstrual cycle. I have had gallbladder removal, multiple tests including endoscopy and colonoscopy, and have been diagnosed with IBS. I am concerned about the accuracy of this diagnosis and want to know if I should be tested for SIBO, endometriosis, or other GI issues. Additionally, I have recurrent UTIs and hearing issues, and I want to know if these could be related to my GI problems or if they require separate attention.
