I have a sharp pain inside my belly button that started on Monday. There is no redness, warmth, or discharge, but the area inside the belly button is very tender and painful. It hurts to bend or touch it, and there is a small bump inside that feels like a mosquito bite and is very painful. I have no urinary frequency, burning, heartburn, diarrhea/constipation, nausea, vomiting, fever, gas, or abdomen tenderness, but there might be a little loss of appetite and the area around the belly button seems puffy. I had a myringotomy 3 weeks ago to address an 'ear fullness' feeling. Since then, I've experienced ear pain, headaches, and dizziness, which have not subsided despite using antibiotic drops with steroids. The ENT doctor referred me to a specialist for an MRI and further examination, stating that these symptoms are unusual for this stage post-procedure. Is my experience unusual, and can I expect the pain and headaches to subside in the next few weeks? Additionally, is it safe to use a NetiPot, and what other treatments might help alleviate my symptoms?
