I've been experiencing constant left flank pain for about 3 days, which radiates across my stomach and back. The pain was stable for the first couple of days but has worsened today. It's dull and achy unless I move, then it becomes sharp. I also have fatigue. I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease, distal colitis, and rheumatoid arthritis (RA) last year and am currently taking methotrexate for RA. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?

I'm a 25-year-old with asthma and an upper respiratory infection. My doctor prescribed 20 mg of prednisone for 3 days, once a day, without a taper. I took my last dose 26 hours ago and am still experiencing side effects like a pounding heart and jitteriness. Is this normal, and how long should these side effects last?

I’m experiencing headaches at the upper part of my neck and the base of my skull, along with pain in my neck, upper back, and shoulders when stretching. The pain sometimes radiates to my temple and worsens when straining during bowel movements. I’ve also noticed muscle tightness, headaches during sleep, and crunchy noises when rotating my head. I’m concerned if this could be a brain tumor or increased intracranial pressure (ICP). What could be causing these symptoms and what treatments are recommended?

I noticed a corn-like object in my stool that is mussy and not actual corn. I only notice it when I have loose stool and there is also mucus in my stool. I don't have a gallbladder. What could this be?

I've been experiencing chronic pain for the past 2 years, with more symptoms appearing, but doctors can't find anything. The pain is in my chest, shoulders, arm, and abdomen, and it's mostly aching but sometimes sharp. I'm 25 years old, and the pain in my chest is deeper. I've had a HIDA scan, EGD, colonoscopy, stress test, echocardiogram, several EKGs, and was told I have subclinical hypothyroidism, but it's not treated. What could be causing this pain, and how should I proceed?
