I've been experiencing morning gas and abdominal discomfort for 1.5 months, extreme nausea at night for 2 weeks, burping for 2 weeks, and a metallic taste in my mouth on and off for 1 week. My stools are soft and lighter orange, sometimes appearing green. I had an endoscope in late January for a suspected ulcer and have been taking a PPI, but it hasn't helped. Should I be concerned about pancreatic cancer and insist on an abdominal ultrasound?

I need to find an excellent rehab center in the area of North Florida or South Georgia that can conduct brain and other tests and prescribe the proper medication for my 61-year-old daughter who may be bipolar or have ADHD. She is willing to get help. What city and state are you in?

I am experiencing severe, unbearable low back pain and shin pain, despite having undergone multiple surgeries and treatments for scoliosis and herniated disks. I am currently on various pain medications, but their effectiveness is diminishing. I am seeking ways to manage or eliminate this pain, including options like nerve killing procedures for my shins and long-lasting pain relief shots for my lower back, even if it means traveling to the US for treatment.

I've been taking mirtazapine for a few weeks following an overdose and depression. I stopped it for a few days and was then advised to take 15mg at night. I decided not to take it because I noticed my mood swings have worsened and I've gained weight. I'm a single parent and recently struggled with tramadol addiction, which is no longer prescribed to me. What can I do to manage my mood swings and depression, and prevent further weight gain?

I have mildly elevated AST and ALT levels for over a year, with no identified cause. My recent blood work shows AST: 40 (ULN: 34) and ALT: 66 (ULN: 41), along with elevated BUN: 27 (ULN: 23) and a BUN/Creatine Ratio. I had a CT scan that showed no signs of fatty infiltration, blockage, or enlargement, and all hepatitis and autoimmune tests were negative. I have a history of mild obesity, symptomatic gallstones, and a family history of cryptogenic cirrhosis. My weight is currently normal, and I rarely drink alcohol or take Tylenol. Could I have non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) despite my normal weight and CT scan? What else could be causing the elevated liver enzymes?
