I've been taking mirtazapine for a few weeks following an overdose and depression. I stopped it for a few days and was then advised to take 15mg at night. I decided not to take it because I noticed my mood swings have worsened and I've gained weight. I'm a single parent and recently struggled with tramadol addiction, which is no longer prescribed to me. What can I do to manage my mood swings and depression, and prevent further weight gain?

I have mildly elevated AST and ALT levels for over a year, with no identified cause. My recent blood work shows AST: 40 (ULN: 34) and ALT: 66 (ULN: 41), along with elevated BUN: 27 (ULN: 23) and a BUN/Creatine Ratio. I had a CT scan that showed no signs of fatty infiltration, blockage, or enlargement, and all hepatitis and autoimmune tests were negative. I have a history of mild obesity, symptomatic gallstones, and a family history of cryptogenic cirrhosis. My weight is currently normal, and I rarely drink alcohol or take Tylenol. Could I have non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) despite my normal weight and CT scan? What else could be causing the elevated liver enzymes?

I am a 47-year-old male with Lynch Syndrome MSH II gene mutation. I have a history of bladder cancer (low grade) in 2008, a prostate tumor with extra capsular extension, and a recent recurrent bladder tumor requiring TURB. The biopsy results were inconclusive due to cauterization, but one part showed cystitis cystica, which could be pre-cancerous. I'm concerned about the untested 80% of tissue and the prostate mass. What should I do next, and is cystitis cystica always pre-cancerous?

I had a cold or the flu since Friday, and on Monday, I started experiencing sharp chest pains. The pain went away after applying heat to my sternum, but I'm concerned about potential internal injury if I cough too hard. I'm 30 years old, former athletic, and most of the pain is gone, but I still feel like I have 'junk' in my chest from the cold. What could be causing the chest pain, and is there any danger or should I just treat it as sore muscles?
