I've been experiencing weak digestion issues, weight loss, and increased hunger and thirst. I've lost around 8 kilos over the past 3-4 months, and I feel my body doesn't digest food properly. I have gas problems and my stomach doesn't seem to clean itself properly after eating. I haven't taken any medications except for an Ayurvedic supplement. I recently moved to Canada and feel my weight loss has accelerated since then. What could be causing these issues and what tests should I undergo?

I have a lump at an IV site from a month ago. The hospital sent me home to take aspirin for 2 weeks but the lump is still there and its tender. They said it was blood clots in surface veins. What should I do? I don't have insurance.

I am 22 years old and have been noticing changes in my stool, which now looks snake-like and sometimes pebble-like. I have been mildly constipated and find it difficult to pass stool unless I drink coffee. I am worried about colon cancer, even though I have had negative fecal occult blood tests and no family history of colon cancer. Is this normal, and should I be concerned about colon cancer?

Would an elderly man with diabetes, who is 77 years old, need regular blood tests? Would these tests include general health checks beyond diabetes monitoring? If he had any other diseases like hepatitis, would this be detectable by now through regular blood tests?

I'm 26 years old and my blood pressure is 130/66, but it drops to around 116/66 when I take it again immediately after. Why does it always seem high the first time and then go down? Is 130 considered bad, and how can I lower my blood pressure if I'm not overweight but stress a lot?
