I have been experiencing chronic hand pain, skin peeling, and tightening for over a year. The pain is dull and achy, sometimes spreading to my forearms, and it comes and goes. I also have endometriosis, inflammatory issues, IBS, acid reflux, and pin-needle size red dots on my body. What could be causing these symptoms, and what should I do?

I’ve been dealing with constant burning hunger pangs for the last four months. I’ve been diagnosed with gastritis, duodenitis, two small ulcers, and a hiatal hernia. I’m on carafate and multiple PPIs, but they only help with reflux, not the hunger pangs. I’ve also had chiropractic help for my hiatal hernia and follow a strict low acid, low fodmap diet, but nothing helps. The burning hunger is constant, 24/7, and worse at night. Could this be caused by something other than my current conditions, like a parasite or Zollinger-Ellison syndrome? Do you have any suggestions?

Hello, my throat has significantly swollen due to strep throat and my tonsils almost block half of my throat. The swelling is getting worse over time, with black spots appearing in the white spots on my tonsils, and my left tonsil has started swelling as well. All of my tonsils are affected and it is extremely painful. I was prescribed amoxicillin and have been taking Tylenol and ibuprofen for the pain. What should I do?

I'm 27 and have health anxiety and stress. I've been experiencing twitches in different parts of my body, like my triceps and chest, every other day for about a month and a half. I'm concerned about these twitches and whether they could be a sign of something serious, like ALS.
