I've been feeling pressure in the area of my solar plexus for about an hour now. The pressure is slightly painful (4/10) and mostly discomforting. I also have slight shortness of breath, bloating, tenderness in the abdomen, and constipation. What could be causing this pressure, and what can I do about it?

I have a horrible sore throat that has been constant for three days, causing raw and stabbing pain when swallowing.
