I've been feeling very tired for about 6 weeks, with no energy, no sex drive, and occasional episodes of feeling very sick while driving, including cold and clammy hands and feet, numbness, pins and needles, and spasms. I've had normal blood tests and my doctor isn't taking me seriously. I'm 37, eat healthily, don't smoke, drink moderately, but don't sleep well and my right hand shakes a lot. Can you help?
